About Reader's Club

We are a group of librarians at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library in North Carolina who love to read and share enjoyable books with others. Reader's Club was born in November 1998 with just a few reviews and a lot of hope. Now many of our colleagues at all levels - from library assistants to managers - write reviews of their favorite books, and we have over 2000 reviews in our database. Most of our reviews are written by our staff, but we welcome reviews from everyone. We limit our reviews to books already owned by our library system, and do not review pre-published books.
